Nifty Neil's Northern Conquest

Congratulations to our own Neil Hobbs who, on 18 September, completed the Great North Run. Along with his brother, Neil completed the half marathon course between Newcastle and South Shields in an impressive time of 1 hour and 48 minutes.

Neil is currently hoping that his application for entry into next year's London Marathon will be accepted, and we can only wonder at what will happen after that.  Presumably, the 2012 Olympic selectors are keeping a close eye on the situation!
